In order to retain our star players, they need to see their growth trajectory within our organization, and you need trained team members for effective succession planning. We’ve created a program to help build our next layer of service leaders.
Every individual with people responsibilities will be enrolled into our Leadership training program. This is a year long program with classes running every other week. Topics covered will change monthly, and include:
